My name is Niko, owner of Little Nicky’s BBQ. Originally hailing from Long Island, NY, I have been a chef for over 25 years, cultivating a deep love for smoking meats and a passion for bringing people together through food.

In 2016, I met my wife Melissa, and by 2018, we were married. One thing we definitely had in common was our love for amazing food, especially BBQ.

On May 6, 2022, our son Nicholas was born. We found ourselves in the hospital on Mother’s Day, craving some BBQ. There was a highly recommended BBQ spot nearby, but our excitement quickly turned to disappointment. The staff was unenthusiastic, and despite paying good money, the food was subpar. That day sparked a personal quest for me: to bring the best BBQ I could to South Florida.

At Little Nicky’s BBQ, we use the best ingredients, high-quality meats, and old-school pitmaster skills, paired with a whole lot of love and hard work. From our smoke pit to your home, or at a Green Market or town fair near you, Little Nicky’s is sure to deliver great service, a lot of love, and fire BBQ.
